Before Your Appointment

Arrive with clean lashes — no eye makeup or skincare around the eye area.

Use the restroom beforehand and silence your phone for a calm appointment.

You may bring headphones to listen to music or a podcast during your service.

For safety and comfort, please do not bring children or extra guests.

Arrive no more than 5 minutes early — services will end at the scheduled time.

Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours incur a 50% fee.
Post Care Instructions
For the first 24 hours after a lash lift or brow lamination, avoid water, steam, saunas, and heavy sweat so the treatment can set.
Do not use mascara or an eyelash curler on a fresh lash lift.
Avoid oil-based products on or around your lashes and brows.
After the first day, gently brush lashes and brows to keep their shape.
