  • No-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee or forfeiture of the deposit.

2. Payments & Refunds

  • All services and course fees are due when booking or as noted.
  • Digital course purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.
  • If you are dissatisfied, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

3. Training & Certifications

  • Certificates are awarded upon completion of the full course and demonstration of required skills.
  • Courses are for educational purposes only and do not replace state licensing requirements.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure eligibility before enrolling.
