Waxing Pre-Care
For the best waxing results, please exfoliate the area 24 hours before your appointment to remove dead skin and help prevent ingrown hairs. Arrive with clean, product-free skin — avoid lotions, oils, deodorants, or makeup on the treatment area. Hair should be at least ¼ inch long (about the length of a grain of rice) to ensure a clean, effective wax.
Waxing Post-Care
After your wax, the skin may be more sensitive than usual. For the next 24 to 48 hours, avoid hot tubs, saunas, tanning beds, intense workouts, and anything that causes heavy sweating. Skip tight clothing, fragranced lotions, and direct sun exposure. To soothe the area, you can apply a cool compress and use a gentle cleanser if needed. After 24 hours, moisturize with a fragrance-free lotion or aloe vera gel. Begin light exfoliation 2–3 days post-wax and continue a few times per week to help prevent ingrown hairs and maintain smooth results.
What to Expect During Your Appointment
To help create a calm and professional experience, please arrive no more than five minutes early to your appointment and ensure your phone is silenced. Use the restroom beforehand, and come prepared to relax and enjoy your service. For the safety and comfort of everyone, we kindly ask that you do not bring children or additional guests to your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice—changes made within 24 hours will result in a 50% service charge.
