Hi, I’m Rachael—founder of Bosen Beauty and passionate about helping others look and feel their best.

I’m Rachael Bosen—a licensed Master Esthetician, Instructor, and founder of Bosen Beauty. My journey in the beauty industry began at Francois D. Beauty School, where I fell in love with helping others feel confident in their own skin. Since then, I’ve worn many hats: managing Nostalgic Nails and Boutique, serving as Spa Director and Instructor at Skin Science Institute, and building Bosen Beauty from the ground up in 2015.

Bosen Beauty is more than just a studio—it’s a space for results, connection, and education. I specialize in advanced skincare, lash artistry, and brow design, and I also mentor aspiring beauty professionals through specialized trainings and apprenticeship programs. My mission is simple: to help others feel beautiful, confident, and informed—whether you’re a client in the treatment room or a student stepping into your career.

I specialize in helping people feel confident—whether it’s through a facial, a fresh set of lashes, or their first step into the beauty industry.

My goal is to combine real results with real mentorship. Every appointment is an opportunity to care for someone. Every training is a chance to pass that care forward.

Outside the treatment room, I’m a wife and proud mom of three beautiful children. Our studio is tucked inside our home on a small hobby farm, where we care for a variety of animals and embrace the peacefulness of country life. When I’m not with clients or students, you’ll find me horseback riding, playing tennis, or diving into interior design projects — passions that keep me grounded and creatively inspired. Bosen Beauty is more than a studio — it’s a reflection of my life, my family, and the values I bring into every service and training.
